What We’re Looking For:
- Background in K–12 education as a Superintendent, Curriculum Director, Principal, or Lead Teacher
- Strong relationship management skills — comfortable working directly with district and school leadership
- Experience with education technology implementation or instructional support
- Data-literate — able to interpret student performance and usage reports
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Self-directed and comfortable managing a regional portfolio independently
What You’ll Learn and Do:
In this role, you will partner with K–12 schools across your region, working directly with District Administrators and building principals to keep implementations on track and deliver successful student outcomes. You’ll also guide schools new to the platform through setup and early implementation.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage District and School Relationships — Serve as the primary point of contact for District Administrators and building principals, partnering with them to support successful implementations.
- Monitor Outcomes — Track student engagement and usage data, and conduct regular check-ins with leadership to assess progress.
- Solve Problems — Provide coaching and troubleshooting support to address implementation challenges.
- Report and Improve — Track and report on student performance trends to guide continuous improvement.
- Onboard New Schools — Guide districts through setup and early implementation.
- Collaborate Internally — Work closely with internal staff to resolve school-specific needs and escalate issues as needed.
