Entry Level Call Center Opportunity!
As a Call Center Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting families who are homeschooling their children through an online learning program. Your focus will be to provide encouragement, guidance, and resources to help parents successfully educate their students at home—while receiving hands-on training and mentorship to build your customer service skills.

- Support Families: Offer personalized guidance to parents, helping them navigate online educational tools and platforms for homeschooling.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required—we provide training!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- The ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms and online tools.
