What We’re Looking For:

PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field from an accredited institution

Deep subject matter knowledge across core areas of chemistry, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and thermodynamics

Demonstrated ability to explain complex chemistry concepts clearly and accurately to varied audiences

Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documents
-
Experience presenting or teaching chemistry content — whether through coursework, mentorship, seminars, or outreach
What You’ll Learn and Do:
In this role, you will apply your chemistry expertise to technical and analytical work. Responsibilities vary by role but involve independent research, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Preferred Experience:

Experience developing or reviewing technical content, training materials, or instructional resources

Peer-reviewed publications or other evidence of translating research into accessible written form

A track record of making advanced chemistry topics understandable

Comfort working across teams with varying levels of technical background
