  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, well-structured documents

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Experience contributing to content, materials, or resources in an academic or professional setting

  • A track record of making complex topics accessible to others

  • Familiarity with current developments and discussions in the field of Elementary Education

  • Comfort working across teams with varying levels of background knowledge
