In this role, you will apply your biology expertise to technical and analytical work. Responsibilities vary by role but involve independent research, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We’re Looking For:

PhD in Biology or a closely related field from an accredited institution

Deep subject matter knowledge across core areas of biology, including cell biology, genetics, and physiology

Demonstrated ability to explain complex biology concepts clearly and accurately to varied audiences

Experience presenting or teaching biology content — whether through coursework, mentorship, seminars, or outreach
Additional Preferred Experience

Experience developing or reviewing technical content, training materials, or instructional resources

Peer-reviewed publications or other evidence of translating research into accessible written form

A track record of making advanced biology topics understandable

Comfort working across teams with varying levels of technical background
